Barricade Plan

Thank you for spicing up Adney Auto Repair by adding Description and History. However, you added the Barricade Policy as "keep at EHB", which is incorrect. Darvall Heights Barricade Plan dictates that the building must be kept at VSB, and thus it was fixed accordingly.

Remember, a building's barricade policy must be the same as the suburb barricade plan. Otherwise it'll cause conflict and confusion. If you want to change it, you should consult local survivors about the barricade plan first. Then when the new barricade plan is accepted, both suburb plan and building policy must be changed and made sure they're consistent with each other.
