Hi, Thedosius --- I see you posted to my talk page about my complaints about overbarricading. My complaint is NOT that the buildings are overbarricaded during an attack but that people hunkering down in resource buildings are maintaining buildings at EHB, and aggressively rebarricading them. By doing this, it blocks low level characters from those resources.
I have had first level characters that cannot get ammo or healing because hospitals and police departments are kept at EHB for days at a time. Or that get barricaded up to EHB right after I leave them, and I can't get back in.
I do take free running as soon as possible.
