History

A warehouse that used to serve Polgrahan Grove Railway Station as a storage facility, it closed after a number of robberies of train parts by warehouse workers took place. It was going to be demolished, but due to the outbreak, it stands as just another warehouse.

Barricade Policy

This is considered a resource building by the Heytown Barricade Plan and should be barricaded to VSB++ to allow survivors to enter to find shelter and resources such as fuel.
