Overview
The Watchers are a group of soldiers assigned by the US Army to monitor zombie and survivor activity, maintain safehouses, assist survivors, and purge zombies in Malta. It is currently open to be joined, provided you are approved by another Watchers member.
History
As of yet there is not much to be said. They were founded by Wilhelm I.
Mission
The Watchers mission is simple. 1.) Monitor zombie and survivor activity and make it easily available to survivors. 2.) Maintain and protect safehouses for the use of survivors. 3.) Maintain and protect revive points for the sue of survivors. 4.) Assist survivors in any way feasible and that does not interfere with an operation or mission's objective(s). 5.) Eliminate zombies wherever they may be found, and maintain safe areas free of zombies. 6.) The hunting of, and elimination of, survivors who kill fellow survivors outside of a conflict. 7.) To mediate between various factions and help maintain peace.
Organization
While accepting non-military personnel in support, or even combat, roles, the Watchers are a military unit and are organized as such. Here are the levels of organization of the Watchers.
+Level One+ The Level One organization group is the entire Watchers. Only overall regulations, wars, and negotiations are carried out at this level. Very rarely an op will be carried out at this level. +Level Two+ The Level Two organization group is the battalion and company level. Led by either a captain or major, they are the Field units. Usually only one will be in a given neighborhood. Size varies depending on area. Usually they are only used for maintiance of safe zones or safe zone establishment. +Level Three+ The Level Three organization group is the platoon level. Led by a Lieutenant (Second or First), they are technically also Field units, however have their own level of organization due to the more common usage of them. They are usually used to establish safe houses, or do most ops too big for Level Four units. +Level Four+ The Level Four organization group is essentially the most basic level. Consisting of fire teams and squads led by either a corporal, specialist, or sergeant, they are used for most ops.
