The Following Information was made declassified due to a Congressional inquiry by the Select Commitee on Intelligence.
MEMORANDUM
TO: The Senate Intelligence Committee.
FROM: Zingo Command.
SUBJECT: Partial Disclosure of Zingo Command's Structure and Operations.
Zingo Command is a wholly owned subsidiary of Seattle based Starbucks Coffee. It is a diversified company whose subdivisions provide an array of security, intelligence and crises management services for governmental, scientific and industrial clients; not to mention the distribution of premium priced mocha latte products for mass consumption. Our biggest comptetitor worldwide in the security contracting business is Blackwater.
Zingo Command's contracted security division operates several covert teams throughout the world. Following the level 3 outbreak of the Necrotech viral incident, the specialized Blackout Team known as I.R.A.T.E. (Infiltration Retaliatory Assault Tactical Echelon) was activated and deployed into the Malton Theater of Operations.
The unit's mission is recon, intelligence gathering and zed suppression ops in the Malton Theater of Operations. We are hoping to find Necrotech Assets that can be extracted from the level 3 quarantine zone and used to reverse the rapid spread of the Solanum Virus, the contagion responsible for the reanimation of the dead.
Zingo Command is contracted to provide an array of security and intelligence services for governmental, scientific and industrial clients who wish to monitor and influence the events taking place in Malton. A partial discloure of the clients list includes the National Security Council (NSC), Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), The Center for Disease Control (CDC) and the Necrotech Corporation.
Contracted Security Division, The Blackout team
I.R.A.T.E. (Infiltration Retaliatory Assault Tactical Echelon) is an Elite, Special Operations Unit also known as the Blackout team. It is the deployed asset of Zingo Command, responsible for covert operations in Malton Theater of Operations.
The IRATE Blackout Team consist of a mixed group of varied specialist ranging from Elite Military Spec Ops types, to civilian contracted assasins and a logistical support element.
Standard Operating Procedures in the Malton Theater of Operations
Communications with the Blackout team have been sporadic. It has been brought to Zingo Command's attention that a few organized groups had initiated hostile actions against IRATE. These Incude the Rolt Heights Vigilante Patrol and The Northern Regiment. After a period of periodic combat engagements, a state of cease fire now exist between IRATE and these said groups.

ZINGO COMMAND: PRIORITY ONE FLASH TRAFFIC. Executive Order 311-GPC is in Effect, 11 Mar, 08. . I.R.A.T.E. will cease combat operations against TNR and maintain defensive posture until further notice.
ZINGO COMMAND: PRIORITY ONE FLASH TRAFFIC. Executive Order 308-MTD is in Effect, 08 Mar, 08. The Northern Regiment has broken the cease fire. I.R.A.T.E. will resume offensive operations against TNR in response to their unprovoked attack on the Blackout team. All TNR personnel will now be targeted by I.R.A.T.E. Retaliatory operations commence immediatley.
ZINGO COMMAND: PRIORITY ONE FLASH TRAFFIC. Executive Order 028-RSA is in Effect, 25 Feb, 08. A zombie mutation resulting in the apparent increased cognitive ability of the undead has caused an increased zed threat to all suburbs. I.R.A.T.E. will temporarily cease combat operations against hostile human groups, and concentrate on zed suppression until area of operations are code green. Concept of Operation: The Blackout team will conduct LRRPs into the red zone, and maintain a temporary Forward Operating Base in northeast theater of Malton.
ZINGO COMMAND: PRIORITY ONE FLASH TRAFFIC. Executive Order 127-KTA is in Effect, 18 Dec, 07. I.R.A.T.E. will conduct and sustain offensive operations against The Northern Regiment in response to their unprovoked attack against our interests.
ZINGO COMMAND: PRIORITY ONE FLASH TRAFFIC. Executive Order 069-PIE is in Effect. All Blackout Team members (I.R.A.T.E.) will refrain from targeting RHVP Leader, Maria Lombardi and her lover Tetha. All other RHVP Personnel will be targeted with extreme prejudice.
