The Pither Building

Description

The percentage of the interior is still in ruin, however the small offices have aloud for survivors to live fairly comfortable lives. The upper floors of the building have been converted into individual living quarters and the conference rooms are still used by the inhabitants.

History

The Pither Buidling was built shortly after the establishment of Roachtown in an attempt to establish business within the suburb. Housing offices for medical practice, small business, law firms, and other similar expansion. Despite the best intentions the suburb forced many of these offices into bankruptcy before the outbreak.

Barricade Policy

The Pither Building is to be kept Extremely Heavily Barricaded in accordance with the Roachtown Optimal Defense Plan.

Current Status

March 29th, 2009 The Sons of Morrigan have been seen fortifying the building, establishing it as livable quarters and a temporary front.
