Survivor item and zombie skill.
Suggestion scope
Applies to all survivors and a few zombies.
Suggestion description
Weapon: Taser. Found only in police stations, uncommon (%5 search?) and lightweight.
One-shot firearm, affected only by basic firearms training, would take away about 5 AP from an opponent and do 1 or 2 damage, with 1 or 2 XP.
It's an escape tool and novelty, mostly. Slow down vengeful zombies or weaken a mob.

Basically, a special attack that uses up 4 AP, and frightens/paralyzes survivors slightly, %50 chance of doing about 2 AP "damage" to all survivors in the area, giving only 1 or 2 XP upon success (maybe more) .
