I find the apparent lack of proof in all these claims a bit worrying, I also am worried by the arbitrator not asking for proof aswell... At the moment it's all mostly just Hals' word against Li... Since Li mentioned something about NOD, I look and find. This was created in july last year.
This on the other hand, was very recently, a few days ago to be exact. --
