Suggestion description

Ok it's simple, every time someone attacks someone else and gets them down to 5hp or less there is like a 0.5% chance a crazy cat lady shows up and attacks said attacker by throwing cats at them (the crazy cat lady attacks you for 55 damage taking you to 5hp, and so taking them to the HP value of the person they where attacking. Now both player are almost dead and covered in cat hair. Wasn’t this worth your time to read! Now vote boy!
