Description
An entry point into the southeast quadrant of the guarded suburb of East Becktown (Coordinates 23,38), this Hospital is heavily used and frequented both by members of PLEB and the LXM. Interesting locations in the surroundings include the Loney Row Police Department and Jensen Boulevard Police Department in Lukinswood and two NecroTech installations the Daubeney Building and the Attwell Building and a revive point in Davies Avenue This is one of the six hospitals in this suburb. The other hospitals are:

- St Ethelbert's Hospital [27, 33]
- St Elisabeth's Hospital [27, 36]
- James General Hospital [28, 31]

Barricade Policy
According to Barricade Plan of East Becktown this building is an entry point and should be kept VSB+2 at all times. This means Very Strongly Barricaded not Heavily Barricaded or higher levels. Exceptions to this may be the attack of an organized group of zombies in which case the building will be Very Heavily to Extremely Heavily Barricaded. 16/12/2009 Barbara General Hospital is extremely heavly barricated, no way to enter, i'm infected and i need some help, the hospital nears is extremely heavly barricated too. Then i need to find a first aid kit before die because the infection. I will move across de south.
6/2/2009 You are inside Barbara General Hospital, one of the city's psychiatric hospitals. The building has been very heavily barricaded.
