Description

Barricading policy
Since East Becktown is currently a moderately dangerous area, Factory 24,30, as a TRP, is to be kept Very Strongly Barricaded.
As such, it can serve as an entry point for all survivors and a source of supplies for low level players.
In case Factory 24,30 is under attack, the barricades should be adjusted appropriately.
