Description

An imposing yellow-stone office building surrounded by a large paved plaza.

History

The Modeford is one of the few modern buildings in this historic part of Stanbury, and its colourful frontage was designed to attract attention to the achingly hip advertising agency inside, Modeford a la Mode. From the mid-90s to the outbreak, the Modeford was the place for Stanbury's fixie-riding, iPhone-toting, espresso-sipping hipsters to congregate and conform to each other while pretending to earn a living.

Since the Malton Incident, hipsters continue to meet up regularly and maintain their parasitic lifestyle of picking other people's brains because they have no life or soul of their own.
