Recommended assignments? How about splitting the map into Quadrants until we get more people in? So for example: NW Quadrant = Dakerstown - Barrville SW Quadrant = Grigg Heights - Buttonville NE Quadrant = Lamport Hills - Starlingtown SE Quadrant = Stanbury Village - Miltown -- •Evelyn Emrys•  •[talk]•  23:55, 2 February 2016 (UTC) Smart idea! I'll definitely create a SW Quadrant one (as that's what my alt is currently working on). The east half of the city splits pretty much into three zones at this point: the upper NE (generally safe), the Eastern Ghost City (which I've created an assignment for) and the lower SE. I'll be listing ones I'm thinking of adding as assignments here — feel free to do so as well! All this is to be collated once the spring cleaning task is done. I checked the Danger Center first thing when I logged back in (even before logging into UD itself :p) and it's heart warming to see you guys still keeping an eye on the entire city! I'll be updating some statuses as I go with my survivor and my zed, they're both members of other crews but who needs a tag to do some good, right? I'm also considering starting a couple new projects in the same spirit as in which the DC was made: to get an easy overview of how things are going in the city and where the action is happening. Per some discussion that's happened on IRC and NecroConnect, I'm thinking about swapping the current thrice-yearly sweeps with every-month sweeps of one quintile (i.e. the radio quintiles) each. E.g. October would be the NW, November the SE, December the center, January the NE and February the NW, before restarting. This is so not the entire map is gray at the same time. Thoughts, anyone? I just patrol Dunningwood; working on Cades, refuling genies, giving out faks, kicking out lone zeds(might make an occasional run to a mall to pick up radio transmitters). Normal survivor stuff. If you need a hand going through the wiki and updating Danger Reports to Unknown, in burbs I am no where near, I could help some.
