This location qualifies as a Center of Learning & is considered a neutral zone for all the supporters of this policy. According to the policy, libraries, schools, zoos, and museums in the city of Malton are considered safe places. Description
Ellard Walk School construction started in April 1969, because there was simply no more room for students at Warfield Boulevard School. Construction finished in late June of 1970, in time for the 1970-71 school year. It opened as a K-8 school, with 9-12th grades covered by Warfield Blvd.
