Mr. Blakeman rented the upper-storey commercial suites to seven real estate companies, four law firms, two insurance companies, two banks and one vaccuum sales company. Due to a large-scale zombie outbreak, all of these companies have since relocated to locations outside of Malton City. The bottom four stories of this building were residential apartments.<br>

Barricade Policy

According to the barricade plan, this building is to stay at EHB.The Day Crew, the only current residents of the building, feel that this building should remain at EHB at all times. The Day Crew has maintained this status as well as have come to call Blakeman Towers home as their current safehouse, inside The Day Crew provides safety and healing for those in the area.
