The Fall of the Imperium

Shortly after the Pker Invasion of Gibsonton by The Imperium Must Die Coalition, the Imperium found itself in a time of loss. Due to arguements amongst the Commanders, splintering groups, and loss of interest it was starting to collapse. With several of it's most important members leaving or taking extended vacations from Malton, it was time something be done. So, out of the ashes of an ancient giant, The Emperor's Hammer arose.

The Emperor's Hammer

MkoII, head of the Imperial Guardsmen of the Imperium saw that the Imperium was falling and knew that if something was not done, the Emperor's light would burn out completely in Gibsonton. So he decided to gather what men he could and start a new group, to be called The Emperor's Hammer. He would preside over these steadfastly loyal recruits until Lord-General Millitant Mcbeaner returned from his crusade and returned the Imperium to it's rightful status. Until that day, the Emperor's Hammer would fight in the name of the Emperor against all who chose to oppose them, be it pkers or mutants. Most of those who followed him were his former Guardsmen who could not imagine a future in which he did not lead them against the enemies of righteousness. But, in addition, the technologically-minded Adeptus Mechanicus and the pious Ecclesiarchy

pledged their skills in machinery and healing to his cause. They witnessed his vision for the Imperium's survival and believed in the future he so tenaciously pursued. And so stands The Emperor's Hammer, protecting the good, virtuous citizens of Malton, awaiting the day that they can join their former comrades under the Imperium's banner once again.
