Description
The Bizzell Building is a research & development building located in the suburb of Rhodenbank. While no facts have proven it, word has it that the Bizzell Building is in some way connected with NecroTech. Survivors who have visited the building insist that no laboratories can be found anywhere inside the facility and that the equipment they do have appears to be associated with chemical analysis and fabrication. Furthermore, no NecroTech equipment was ever located at this location, providing additional proof that the R&D facility is unassociated.
The rumors to the contrary involve local residents who would often chat with survivors about how the Bizzell Building's staff seemed to always be shipping large quantities of sealed barrels, no doubt filled with chemicals, to factories throughout the suburb and sometimes to local NecroTech facilities. These days survivors find the building devoid of activity and its halls left empty. Of the chemicals, huge vats of them remain, but the stench is usually so strong that it is more than enough to keep even the most curious survivor at bay.
Barricade Policy
In accordance with the Rhodenbank Civil Defense Corps barricade plan the location should be Extremely Heavily barricaded at all times. The true purpose of this building is to serve as a heavily fortified shelter for Malton's veteran survivors.
