43, 22 is a wasteland located in Brooke Hills. It cannot be barricaded and tagging it earns no XP.
You are at the Wasteland ... All you can see within this block is a tiny little make-shift hut that has a banner of the rising sun draped over it. There is a flag attached horizontally to the hut that appears to say 'Revive Queue Starts Here - Take A Number And You'll Be Revived In No Time'.
