Description

Winstone Road is a mixed road, some of the older cobblestone replaced with concrete or asphalt. Potholes are present throughout.

History

Winstone road was scheduled to be repaved with asphalt and concrete at the time of the outbreak. It was halfway completed at the time and some rubble is still present.
