Some are NecroTech Buildings and can be identified by the "[NT]" appended to their name if you have the NecroTech Employment skill. Office buildings are tall enough for survivors to commit suicide from. They also provide a vantage point from which binoculars can be used. Office buildings can be barricaded normally.

The Scarman Building is located in the northern part of East Boundwood.

This building also serves as a headquarters for the East Boundwood Zombie Killers a local zombie fighting organization.
