Description
An old office building that has fallen in disrepair. However, the folks who work at Zombies™ restaurant tend to keep it that way, since it encourages customers.
History
The Huggins Tower was built in 1994 by Willimshere Huggins as a business chance to pay off some debt and to help his struggling electronics company, Huggins Tech Inc. The tower that was a regional district headquarter for businesses like Apple and Nintendo. The tower was also a secret bunker for the British government in times of need. When the outbreak hit, the building was ransacked and ruined. The Arcadiac Socialist Survivalist Party claimed the building as their headquarters in June of 2008. Since then the ASSP has been working diligently to fix up the building and getting all of the government technology up and running.

Current Status
Claimed by the Arcadiac Socialist Survivalist Party as their Headquarters, being rebuilt for the party.
