History

The Huggins Towers was built in 1994 by Willimshere Huggins as a business chance to pay off some debt and to help his struggling electronics company, Huggins Tech Inc. The tower that was a regional district headquarter for businesses like Apple and Nintendo with the upper floors serving as low-income housing. The tower was also a secret bunker for the British government in times of need. When the outbreak hit, the building was ransacked and ruined. The Arcadiac Socialist Survivalist Party claimed the building as their headquarters in June of 2008. The ASSP then proceeded to work diligently to repair the building and restore functionality to all of the government technology remaining before their mysterious disappearance in 2009.

Barricade Policy
