Description
Basic Training Head Quarters for the PDEOU, this building should be maintained at VSB for newbie survivors to shelter in and as an entry point for our NecroTech.
Barricade Policy
Please keep this building at VS+2.
Current Status
Building is very strongly barricaded and contains many survivors, the generator is out of fuel. No Zeds in sight.
