We at the Rouge Heart Aces are mercenaries, and as such, we must have a system that is both user-friendly and efficient. There are rules and procedures that regulate how a user submits a contract, as well as how a hired-killer executes said contract. We at the RHA follow the rules set down by the [[Coalition for Fair Tactics]], and as such, do not:

- Number of contracts we have on backlog.
 
- Finding the location of the target.
 
* The RHA has alliances with a few other groups who do the same line of work, these are [[The Malton Mob]] and [[The Watchmen]]. From time to time, if contracts are more than we can handle, we will sub-contract these groups. That means we hire them to take care of the contract.
* The RHA does single contracts, multi-contracts, and group assassinations.
