The Reformed Order of the Rouge Heart; a para-cult society of 'aristocratic' serial killers whose psychotic delusions mixes that of artificial evolution, biological transhumanism, and ritual sacrifice.
The Order views itself as an institute that has moral obligations to assist in the reawakening of humanity; and to make those 'trapped' in Malton see this as a blessing, not a curse.
The Order's core doctrine is that those trapped in Malton are the 'chosen ones', those who have been deemed worthy to become the next link in humanities evolutionary chain; and that only through repeated death and revivification can one truly achieve transcendence.
Having accepted this fact, and knowing the human's abhorrence to change, the Order's sole task is to help Malton evolve.
