You are sitting inside a helicopter. Also here are a Pilot (50HP), a Copilot (50HP), and a Mechanic (50HP).

It's the instruction manual for the helicopter's mounted laser-minigun. Apparently, it's entirely solar powered, and requires neither ammo nor batteries. You skim it and throw it away.
