Description

St. Anne's Church, or 聖徒 Anne's 教會, is a small Chinese Christian church located in the suburb of Rolt Heights. It was to this church that Rolt Heights' Chinese Christian residents often traveled to each Sunday, and while non-Chinese residents were more than welcome the pastor spoke in Mandarin and therefore most of the sermon was open to interpretation to those who could not understand the language.

Mandate

As a church, St. Anne's is an ideal shelter for inexperienced survivors seeking to stay off the streets at night. Therefore the building's barricade policy is important, as it promotes keeping the barricades at a level that will allow survivors without Free Running entry. It is for this reason that, similar to hospitals or entry points, churches need to have their barricades maintain at a level lower than most other buildings. Survivors wishing to heal the injured are also encouraged to visit the church, as inexperienced survivors who cannot reach or enter hospitals in the area may instead be sheltering here. Have pity and heal the injured.

Barricade Policy

This building should be Extremely Heavily barricaded at all times. This is in accordance with the mutually supported Rolt Heights Barricade Plan set forth in agreement with local survivor groups. This building is meant to serve as a safehouse for Malton's veteran survivors.

It should be noted that as no specific survivor group monitors nor maintains the barricades associated with this barricade plan, so therefore it is not considered to be enforced. As such, survivors should always expect to find the barricades set at varying levels depending on the survivors inside the building. For the most part though, survivors should always expect to find this building over-barricaded rather than under-barricaded simply due to survivor nature.

This barricade plan goes against standard policy for churches though, as churches in Malton often have an "open door" policy (VS+2 barricades) which grants access to inexperienced survivors seeking shelter.

Current Events

September 8th, 2010 - I barricaded the church to EHB++ as neighbourhood is pretty hot ... not under attack for the past 2 days. Maybe the zombies have since move on. --OO Willie 07:13, 8 September 2010 (BST)

March 11th, 2010 - St. Anne's has been ransacked and is in need of repair. Spotted one body on the ground and counted 2 zeds wandering around the building. The building appears to have been breached recently as the doors are still open. --Maj Alan Schaefer 10:45, 11 March 2010 (UTC)
