The lack of a police presence in [[Starlingtown]] provided an ideal venue for underground afterhour clubs.  Club Humphries was a notorious for underage drinking, drug use and an uncompromising music policy of hard techno.  As it was in an industrial area, no one complained.  After the zombie breakout it was no time to party but now a dedicated group of ravers wants to bring the venue back to life.

Description

Humans and zombies alike will see the following (permanent) description when standing outside the building:

"You are standing outside Club Humphries, a four-storey metal-and-glass building surrounded by burnt-out cars."

Such a description is always followed by a report of the building's condition (e.g. the level of its barricades), but since that report is never permanent and always subject to change, it is redundant to include it here as well.

History

The lack of a police presence in Starlingtown provided an ideal venue for underground afterhour clubs. Club Humphries was a notorious for underage drinking, drug use and an uncompromising music policy of hard techno. As it was in an industrial area, no one complained. After the zombie breakout it was no time to party but now a dedicated group of ravers wants to bring the venue back to life.

Barricade Policy

The club is to be extremely heavily barricaded in accordance with the Starlingtown barricade plan. This is to ensure that we can party without interferance from annoying brain-eating types. If you want to party with us you will need to climb over from a neighbouring building. We recommend the warehouse 2S, 1W.
