Hello, I bid you a hearty welcome to my talk page.  :) Please do take a seat, relax, and have a Guinness.  ;)

While you're here, I would like to ask that you abide by the house rules, which are:

  • Please start all new threads with a level 2 header and at the bottom of the page.
  • When posting, please try to be legible and refrain from netspeak. An example of what is not tolerated: "plz d0 n0t tYp3 l1ke tHis. itz hard 2 r3ad & uNd3RsTaNd. thx."
  • Please sign your posts with your (user)name and date (and time, if you feel like it).
  • Last but not least, please try to be kind, polite and respectful in what you write. Remember, each person is entitled to their own opinion(s) and taste(s) and one can have a civil discussion without bashing, flaming or using derogatory language.  :)

That's all!  :-D Go ahead and post something if you like - but do keep in mind that I reserve the right to edit or delete anything that does not meet the aforementioned posting criteria. Thank you in advance for your understanding.  :)

Regarding user:dangerreport pages

General rule is don't bother with them unless the building is a TRP. This is because too often they get a few edits and are abandoned for months at a time because no one bothers updating them and information for the area can be found from a variety of other sources such as the suburb's page or the omnimap. If it's your building or something that's fine, but try not to make too many you aren't going to update regularly. If you do wanna post an update for locations without a danger report thingo, just make a Current Events or News header on the page and whack it in that. -- xoxo 09:18, 8 December 2008 (UTC)

I'm sorry; as a member of the South Paynterton Aces, I wanted to cover our suburbs (namely Paynterton and Starlingtown) as well as possible in order to make our fight against the increasing number of zombies easier. I believe that a danger report is not only easier and quicker to edit once it has been put there, it is also more visually appealing and so people might be more inspired to update a danger report - especially if you think about the fact that a lot of articles on the buildings don't have all that much text to begin with. I do understand what you are saying, though - but I intend to scout both suburbs reasonably often, so I will make sure to frequently update the danger reports. I have 6 Paynterton buildings left to cover, and then I'm done. I'm sorry for any inconvenience caused - hopefully it doesn't take up too much bandwidth or anything. :-/ Either way, thank you for taking the time to let me know. :) -- Stahl 11:44, 8 December 2008 (GMT+1)
haha, nah we've got truckloads of server space. Basically if you want them, then yeah definitely put them anyway you want. I was just checking you weren't adding them to everything randomly. If you have any questions etc you can hit up my talk page.--xoxo 11:55, 8 December 2008 (UTC)
