Description
A dirty old project for any one who seeks refuge in Kinch Heights... or an STD!
This building is currently maintained by the Witt Tower Boys.
History
The Witt Towers were developed in 1969 by Jizzy Witt as public housing for the lower class of Kinch Heights. It had a pretty high crime rate through the 70's & 80's. However, in the 90's the crime rate dropped as the Witt Towers native Lay-Z spoke the lyrics: "Crack is whack, so lets get the hood back! HOVA!" Since the outbreak, its been reasonably safe here... besides the zombies, but that's a different situation.
Barricade Policy
