Description

Basement: In the Basement there is a Fallout Shelter with the capacity of 150 people. There is also a Water Storage in one corner, a Energy storage connected to an Active Portable Generator which is also connected to the fuse box of the building. Plus there is a Sanitation Kit equipped with Toilet accessories in a closet.

1st Floor: Doors and windows barricaded from the inside and outside. CS banners have been strung up over the old Z.E.M.A. Logo behind the main desk. Office supplies litter the floors. The stairs that lead to the 2nd story have since been repaired and are also barricaded with various desks, filing cabinets, and other office equipment. The elevators are no longer working.

2nd Floor: Windows are barricaded. Nothing special here. Office supplies litter the floor.

3rd and 4th Floors: Boxes filled with supplies are in certain rooms. The rest of the rooms are fully restored to what they looked like before the zombies came.

5th Floor: The rooms have recently been renovated and emptied. The white drywall stares back with a sterile look about it. Numerous offices are open, with only cleared desks inside. There are faded Z.E.M.A. logos on the doors. Cubicle walls have been pushed to one of the corners, leaving a wide open space.

6th Floor: Here you find more office space. A few of the rooms contain filing cabinets. A handful of the offices have computers on the desks, with crude nameplates listing the desk's owner. On the door to one of the corner rooms you see a Common Survival banner nailed to the door. Inside you find a somewhat larger and rather unorganised desk littered with miscellaneous papers. Behind the desk a Common Survival banner hangs loosely on the wall. On the desk stands a computer with two monitors, a cup overfilled with miscellaneous pencils of all sizes, and a paperweight with "Luke Leimer, Head of Common Survival" engraved in it, resting upon a manila folder. You wonder where he could find such a commodity.

7th Floor: Massive amounts of computing hardware is gathered around. You see a single radio transceiver squawking battle-chatter over a frequency of 28.87 MHz, surrounded by broken computers. Innumerable cords and cables run from the scattered technology to what seems to be a rather large, humming, and severely dented server.

8th to 10th Floors: Some of the rooms are filled with Double Bunk beds. The office supplies were taken out and used for the barricade. The familiar cafeteria is used the same way before the Zombie Outbreak. The Z.E.M.A. logos have faded from the doors and bunks, leaving rooms with survival equipment scattered on the floors.

The Roof: The Z.E.M.A. Flag hangs limp and tattered on a makeshift flagpole. Another flagpole stands next to it, one of Common Survival banners is secured and raised. Though not flying full, it flutters lightly in the calm breeze. The North, South, and East Sides have small posts for scouts to get a view of the surrounding area. The sound of the undead comes from all directions. You can barely make out some zombies wandering around the suburb on the roads below.

History

The Piggott Building was once a Malton Civil Defence office building. But when the zombies came in 2005, they have abandoned it. Now it is no longer in much use until Soldier UDW, leader of the Special Zombie Exterminaton Squad took it over. Now the building is used as the SZES Headquarters and a Military Safehouse. In October 2008 it has officially been abandoned by the SZES. Then on December 6th, 2008, the building is now being owned by the Zombie Emergency Management Agency. And the leader of Z.E.M.A. is the same guy who leads SZES is Soldier UDW.
