Owsley Crescent Police Department
Current status: Very strongly barricaded, powered, transceiver on-line. [22 June]
Description
Owsley Crescent Police Dept (53,25) is situated in western Shearbank, and serves as the main entry point for Stickling Mall.
The closest NecroTech building is the Whippey Building at (53,22). The closest Revive Point is at Male Way at (55,27).
Barricade Policy
Do not overbarricade this building. It should be maintained as an accessible safe house and free running entryway, and as such the barricades should be maintained at Very Strongly Barricaded (VSB++) unless the station comes under attack. See the Shearbank Barricade Plan for more details. If over-barricaded, an entry point is Meaker Lane Fire Station to the SW (52,26).
Tagging
Should be tagged as a VSB building.
Tagging this building yields 2 XP.
History
Sept 19th, 2008 You are standing outside Owsley Crescent Police Dept, a tall white-stone building with smoke drifting from its roof. The building's doors have been left wide open, and you can see that the interior of the building has been ruined.
Somebody has spraypainted Please keep VSB. thanks onto a wall.
There is a group of nine other zombies here.
There are fifteen dead bodies here.
June 27th, 2008 Owsley is currently powered with radio transmitter and at VSB+, with 40+ survivors inside. Easy free-running access to mall. -Francis Xavier 00:16, June 27th 08

Owsley is currently ruined, but also extremely heavily barricaded. There is no way to currently enter this building via free running or from the street without first taking down the barricades to an entry level. --Titan 29 GG 02:15, 8 March 2008 (UTC)
Army Control Corps
This building has been adopted as a training base for the otherwise fully mobile Army Control Corps (ACC) and is prospering as a result.
