This is a police substation which now serves Miskatonic University. The building was originally part of the Old Arkham sanitarium. Due to a massive fire, the eastern wing of the mental hospital was closed down. The cells and offices of the western wing are now used to house the McKay Lane Precinct.

Officers are advised to run this loop in clockwise direction, because the entry point at Edbrook Walk Fire Station is more often overcaded than the Curtis Building.

A portable generator has been set up here. It is running, and powering a radio transmitter that's currently set to 28.00 MHz.
