Who Would Have Thought?
<Haliman's POV>
The UBCS has been around for a year. One year. When I made this group a year ago, I didn't expect this. At one point in the last year, we were the 8th best group in the entire game. I don't give a damn for how long, we made it! We tend to harbor in the Top 25 now.
At our peak, we had 60+ members, and I intend to bring us back to former greatness!
Now, why make this page? Why do you guys care?
PARTY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Every UBCS member (Ally, Enemy, RC stalker, and Civilian alike) is asked to clear their schedule on the weekend of the 26th in September (A Saturday). There will be movies, games, an in-game party, and, of course, couching.

Election Results
Two elections ran concurrent with each other. The Grand Marshal elections, with William and Haliman, and The Secretery Grand Marshal elections, with Colonel Krauser and Ephraim Reigner.
GM
The closest vote in UBCS history, and for the highest office. This election pitted incumbent Haliman111 against challenger William Lanfried. William, at first, did not wish to run. When he noticed Haliman was running unopposed, he decided to run.
An epic debate ensued. UBCS members, curious about what William's administration would be like, asked many questions. The contenders answered to the best of their abilities. In the end, William was able to rally much of the UBCS to support him.
The actual election lasted a week. It was a deadlock for most of the vote, but at the very end of the vote, a victor stood. With 52.17% of the vote, 1 vote more than his opponent, Haliman had won. He knew there were flaws with his administration, and is working to fix them.
SGM
The time came once again for a second in command to step forward. In this case, two did. Colonel Krauser and Ephraim Reigner.
The debate with these two mostly involved fixing current internal issues with the group. Both seemed to agree on most of the subjects. It was clear (since both candidates mentioned it multiple times) who had more experience. That, in turn, affected the vote.
With 60.00% of the vote, Colonel Krauser wins the SGM election for the second time.
Hall of Fame!
The UBCS Hall of Fame will be beginning at the party! Starting out, four names will be inducted. Every year after that, two more will be added! On the 22nd of every month until September 22nd, 2009, another Hall of Famer will be named! Good luck to all!
Haliman
Haliman was the UBCS's founder, its first (and current) leader, and will always be known as "The old man." Aside from the serious business that happens every day, he also knows how to have a good time, and is around to talk with any of the regular members whenever they need help. He has been an amazing leader, and at a personal level, a good friend. Under his leadership, the UBCS has seen some of its best and worst moments, and we have come out all the better for it. I have known him since the beginning of the group, and in all honesty, the UBCS wouldn't be around today if he hadn't been the leader. If there was one man to be inducted into the hall of fame, it would be him. --Ephraim 04:40, 25 July 2009 (BST)
Enzyte Bob
I've known Bob since I've joined UBCS and he's been a great, stand-up kind of guy the entire time. Indeed, for the first few days after I joined this group of about 5-6 people, bob seemed like the most level-headed one around. Of course at that time Haliman just formed the group using an acronym that Umbrella Corporation felt that it owned (along with just about everything else related to UD ;) ) and they felt compelled to wipe us of the face of Malton.
The war in game and on the UD Wiki got real ugly real quick; accusations flew and people died, got up, and fought even harder. Part of me thought how easy it would be to just quit this whole thing, go back to being a loner and do whatever the hell I want; this wasn't my fight. But it was Bob (along with Haliman, Megameh, Ephraim Reigner and the rest) that made me realize I'd feel like (well, I can't cuss on this thing, so I'll just say it's something you see in the toilet on a regular basis) if I quit on them.
Bob's the kind of guy that gets other players to care about all this; to make you feel like this group can pull off amazing things if we just work together. Here's to Enzyte Bob, a soldier's soldier! --Archwraith 22 August 2009---
William Lanfried
Wah, what can I say about William? I'll just start from the beginning. I first met him at Umbrella Corporation. At first, he was sort of an acquaintance to me. Soon enough I started doing Roleplays and then, I really knew Will. He was (and still is) an excellent tactician, a brilliant commander, (Although at the time, I wouldn't admit it. Victor and Omega had a friendly rivalry, you see.) and most of all, a good friend. I was really grieved when He “deserted” to the UBCS. That friendship turned to out-and-out hate when the UC-UBCS war broke out. I even remember when I had to apologize to him, lest I would start another war. “That bastard hit me where it hurts the most. My ego”. Then a some time ago, i joined the UBCS too. I was not surprised to see Will in charge of the military. He always had a knack for military achievements (set a record of kills on the UC-UBCS war, to mention but one)
Well, I am purple proseing this. William Lanfried in one sentence: An excellent commander, good friend, and one of the most decent men I've met in this game.
Congratulations, Will. You deserve eet. --Skouth 23:00, 21 September 2009 (BST)
Lithedarkangel
The crown jewel of the UBCS. Lithedarkangel is a dedicated, fun player of UD, not to mention a great personal friend. If there is anyone in the entire group that deserves to be inducted, it's Li.
I met Li over a year ago back in Umbrella. At first, we strayed away (you see, UC was just reorganizing after a takeover, and the place was a mess.). I pmed him one day asking if he wanted to join a new platoon I was trying to form. Omega.
Oh, those were the days! Li quickly rose to be the 2IC of Omega. We fought everywhere together! Penny Heights, Roachtown, Shearbank, and our defining moment, Nichols. I regret not being able to lead with Li by my side during Nichols, though. IRL, being the relentless monster that it is, took our Li away.
A lot of UBCS members will read his and ask about who Li is. You can sum him up in three words.
His contributions to the group were necessary for it to stay afloat, and he will always be remembered as the one and only methman. It's an honor, not only to be in the class of 09' with Li, but to be able to personally induct him. I know he would do the same for me in a heartbeat.
Seig heil, Lithedarkangel. Respect for our fallen leader. --Haliman - Talk 22:52, 23 September 2009 (BST)
