This tower is the Mobile Phone Mast for the suburb of East Grayside, which is located in the south-east of Malton.

Currently, the building serves as STARS's GHQ.

On the roof of the building, the lights of a mobile-phone mast blink against the sky. There are four other zombies here. There are three dead bodies here.--Zachary Knight

Also here are Hakimaru (52HP), Zenarchist (50HP), breezycid (50HP) and FieldMarshalVonSnow (60HP).A portable generator has been set up here. It is running, and powering a radio transmitter that's currently set to 27.48 MHz.Somebody has spraypainted STARS General HQ.
