History

Topcatz, Pipy and Lyner have been using DPPD for quite a while as a safehouse. Topcatz made a joke about creating a random group with Dibbings Plaza as the HQ on the 8th of Feburary after being away for a while, and boredom intervened. Before that, they were freelance members assisting others in the area. Now home to a large amount of cubist sculptures. It kinda kicks ass

What we do

Protect Williamsville with the help of the other Survivor Groups in the area, such as RGOW. But just as importantly, to assist any and all survivors in and around our HQ, Dibbings Plaza Police Department in NE Williamsville.

Moh History

Dibbings plaza is very free with its recruiting policy. Current members include: a mad sculpture freak (we wish we were kidding) , an RAF veteran, a paladin, a half man half cat hybrid that wears a top hat, a man who believes himself to be a pipe, and a rubber duck that constructs heavy weapons. PKers are not accepted however, but PKKers are.

entry requirements

all entry candidates must: 1) killed at least 1 zombie 2) own a weapon of some sort 3) have the free running skill 4) own a pen 5) enjoy the sophisticated art of bureaucracy 6) own a pencil sharpener 7) be able to take orders from a rubber duck 8) play with lego on a regular basis

Policies

1) Defend Dibbings plaza Police Department
2) Defend Williamsville
3) Respect fellow players, allied or not
4) Assist other Survivor Group efforts
5) Assist any and all survivors in the area, regardless of allegiance
6) Zombies are to be scanned into NecroNet before they are killed or revived
7) Unless a zombie has rot or is a known P/GKer, no zombies will be harmed at an RP
8) If all the above have been followed, putting a bullet into the brain of a zombie is highly encouraged
