They are both members of the same group, and do essentially the same work, albeit in totally different districts. They do use the same radio channel, however, they will never help each other through this. I know it is subject to debate if this is allowed or not, and i would gladly have a discussion about it on my talk page. I am currently archiving all the editions of a new bulletin on the radio channel, which would be impossible to do if both characters wouldn't be on the same freq. .
