Designed by world renowned architect William Walton-Wallace, and constructed in 1818-24, this building is one of fifteen islands in malton.

WARNING!

The building is in the blindspot of necrowatch; meaning from inside, survivors will have no idea of the zombie situation outside this building by checking necrowatch from nearby Necrotech Building (Wortley building in Earletown). Survivors will have actually step OUTSIDE this building to recon the current zombie situation or if survivor have binoculars travel to one of the nearby tall buildings to recon for zombie activity.

- PLEASE EXERCISE CAUTION WHEN USING THIS BUILDING AS A OVERNIGHT SAFEHOUSE EVEN IF IT IS BARRICADED AS PER BARRICADE POLICY BELOW OR HIGHER -

Barricading Policy

Per BOW's Barricade Plan for Earletown this building belongs at VSB++, this is important to this location as there are no buildings surrounding this location to free run into this building from.

Other Info

Keep a generator fueled and a radio set to 26.40 BOW radio frequency the standard radio frequency for Earletown.

A rumor is floating around that there is a tunnel leading out of Malton hidden in one of the vaults here.

A zombie attack on the Yea bank has brought down the barracade, killing one survivor and myself injured. At the moment three zombies are inside and one outside. Due to this was the Average Attack Lemon Memorial Group base, the base has been moved. Meta Rocky

After some skirmishes in past few days, I found time to visit Yea Bank again. I was pleasantly surprised when I found it intact, with running generator, and with two survivors sitting inside. I refueled the generator and spent the night there. Tybalt Peroni 09:31, 31 March 2009 (BST)

March 23rd 2009

I threw more resources at the bank, combat-reviving a lone zombie lurking inside, plugging a generator in and fixing the building to VSB++. Tybalt Peroni 10:58, 23 March 2009 (UTC)

March 20th 2009

No dice, today I found the building in ruins again, with four zombies and one trapped survivor hidden within. Tybalt Peroni 14:00, 20 March 2009 (UTC)

March 13th 2009

After R&R (rest and resupply), I headed back to Yea Bank, rebuilt it and barricaded to VSB++. No zombies seen around.

March 7th 2009

Approaching the bank, I noticed the soft glow from the windows was missing. When I came closer, I saw front doors completely smashed, and the stairs in front covered in dried blood. Inside it was no better. The stench was horrible - few rotting bodies, and two live zombies feeding on another, rather fresh one. I think the poor bugger was still moving, but it was too late for him. I turned and ran away, as I was too tired to take on two freshly fed zeds.

Diverted from my regular route by small pack of stinkers, I had to crash in Yea Bank for the night. I found the building in ruined state, but empty. Installed generator, fixed it up and barricaded no sooner than first of them appeared on the street in front. Few of them scratched on the fortified door through the night, but I managed to keep them out - although I didn't get lot of sleep. In the morning, I got out using fire escape on the side wall. They must've heard me, as they immediately started to run (well, mostly shamble) after me. I managed to reach Stoy Avenue Fire Station safely, though. The building was left in VSB++ and a running generator. --Tybalt Peroni 19:37, 24 February 2009 (UTC)
