Born from the embers of the [http://wiki.urbandead.com/index.php/Category:Historical_Groups  historical] [[Flowers of Disease]], the new FOD carries on the tradition of unrelenting bloodshed made infamous by their predecessors. Only with time, what was once diseased has now decayed. What little pity for humanity the FOD had left curdled over the 2 years of dormancy, replaced by hatred and disgust for their fellow survivors. With crazed, terminator like fury, they travel Malton once more culling Flotsam and filling up their wheelbarrows again with the carcasses of Flotsam and anyone else who happens to catch them on a bad day.

To his surprise, he finds old friend and FOD co-founder, Rob Collick, already there...with the same idea - to retire in the place where the FOD was first born. After some time, Hibernaculum travels to visit the Knights Templar, an old FOD target. It is then that Rob Collick crashes into the room and slays 3 of the Templars in cold blood. At first appalled by the brutality of his old friend, something stirs inside Hibernaculum and he takes a good look around. As he ventures out, he watched the conversations, he takes stock of the sad state of Malton without a strong Pker presence. He see's the complacency and the utter uselessness of the survivor crowd. It is then he hears it. Malton calling once again. The work is not yet done. Amidst the bodies Rob Collick left, the course became clear...Hibernaculum looks upon the last survivor left in the room...and shoots him dead.

History

Born from the embers of the historical Flowers of Disease, the new FOD carries on the tradition of unrelenting bloodshed made infamous by their predecessors. Only with time, what was once diseased has now decayed. What little pity for humanity the FOD had slowly curdled over the 2 years of dormancy - replaced by a simmering hatred and disgust for their fellow survivors. With crazed, terminator like fury, the FOD travels Malton once more, culling Flotsam and filling up their wheelbarrows again with the dregs and anyone else who happens to catch them on a bad day.

So how did this come to be? What caused these patriots of Malton to be unleashed once more?

It started in the Skarin Row PD. Hibernaculum, long since retired to a life of study and reflection at the Quartley Library, decides to jump the wall and leave Malton for good...but not before taking a last tour of a couple old friends. With no ill intentions, he begins at Skarin Row PD amongst the Cult of the Stuffed Crocodile. To his surprise, he finds old friend and FOD co-founder, Rob Collick, already there...with the same idea - to retire in the place where the FOD was first born. After some time, Hibernaculum travels to visit the Knights Templar, an old FOD target. It is then that Rob Collick crashes into the room and slays 3 of the Templars.

The seeds were planted. Collick and Hibernaculum return to the old FOD forum and place the freshly hewn scalps in the trophy room. It begins with a simple "Do you think...", do you think we could return? Should we? What of the old ideology stays? What goes? Who of the old group still lingers in Malton? Who else might be a good addition to the group? Should we try? With no idea of how long, how many or even where to begin, the FOD returns to Malton. Raddox Murtangle of the now dormant MITS gives up the sea for the Rose. Bobby Pegleg, a longtime and loyal FOD member and also a member of the dormant [MITS] opens up the attic chest and brings out the old weapons for work once again. Ben Harding, another long time FOD returns to the FOD forum to unexpectedly find the lights on. It isn't long before some new blood is infused into the group with the additions of Killer Scarecrow and Rob Oppenheimer. Old timer Bootsy Funk offers to help out when he can. Peter Mcgrady once more picks up his bloody fireax. More new members arrive at the door ready to do their part. And so it goes, the tale is still being written. Where it goes from here, no one can tell. We're taking it one bag of flotsam at a time. Each new body added to the wheelbarrows is one less weed for Malton to choke on.
