Hey there! I see you're fairly new to the wiki, so firstly, welcome!
I've reverted your change to {{POWER TO THE PKER}} because as a template, it's used on many pages, and making the image that small makes it illegible. If you want a smaller version on your own page, I suggest you substitute in a copy of the code, which you can then edit as you please, using the following syntax: {{SUBST:POWER TO THE PKER}}.
The result should be like so:

| This user supports PKer rights! |
As you can see if you edit the page, the code for the box is now on the page, and any changes to it will not affect the original.
