History
Pre-Malton Outbreak
Built as part of the cluster that formed the Ivyleave Row Community Center in 1982, Ivyleave Row Police Department provided security for the neighbouring Dowell Library, the Cowie Museum, Theodore General Hospital, Millard Park and Nikolai General Hospital. In addition to basic security and 24-hour holding cells, it was also the center of all communication when an event took place at the library, the museum or the park. Due to its remote location, however, this rarely was the case and Ivyleave Row PD was mainly a quiet suburban office and in general, the only excitement was provided by Billy Hudson, a local drifter who once in a while trespassed on hospital property.
