Background
Over the course of 2017-20, the zerger not yet called Meatshield created 45 new zergs to fight the Gulsonside-based zombie zergs Clubbed to Death, naming most of his new army after CtD accounts. Zergs created included ClubbedtoDeathSucks, cytisinezerg and matchingzerger. Clubbed to Death lost the zerg battle and disappeared in August 2020.
What would the victorious zerger do next? Ironically, he has a passionate hatred of zergers, so he went looking for more zergers to fight. In late 2021, the original 20 Meatshield zergs were created by a different zerger. As soon as the zerger not yet called Meatshield noticed them, he created 7 of his own Meatshield zergs, causing the two Meatshield zergers to be confused by many in the UD community. The original Meatshield didn't use the original Meatshield accounts for long, whereas the 7 imposter Meatshield zergs were used extensively and gained thousands of XP. Control of Fort Perryn
In early 2022, the new Meatshield's zerg army took over Fort Perryn. The zergs were mostly run as survivors and dedicated to keeping Fort Perryn in survivor hands. Despite the use of zerging, the fort changed hands frequently. Meatshield was not happy about this and hostile graffiti accusing opponents of zerging became a permanent fixture, especially in the fort but often slapped all over Whittenside. He made more new zergs: 9 in 2022, 9 in 2023 and 8 in 2024. A belief that one high XP zombie called The Tomb ran most zombies as his zergs became a key aspect of Meatshield’s graffiti to the point of obsession. Fort Perryn Defense Force was also a graffiti target for not helping Meatshield and for PKing his zergs.
By 2023, Meatshield was naming new zerg accounts after Whittenside-based zombie players who opposed him. Here's a few examples:

What now for Meatshield?
To continue zerging, Meatshield will need to start new accounts from scratch. He broadcast on radio 28.01 that he was quitting the game, but then remained active for more whining on 28.01. By December, his trademark salty graffiti began to reappear around Whittenside and suspicious new accounts emerged. Watch this space!
