Overview

Hi, I'm TheLazySamurai. I decided to write this as a sort of journal keeping track of my events and encounters in Urban Dead. I feel that maybe this will help all players both new and experienced as they will be able to see what is going on in Malton. I will try to be as detailed as possible, maybe even adding to this as I play. Either way I hope you enjoy this.

In The Beginning

Before I began to write this journal, I have seen things. Many things that to this day bring me great horror.I was just an everyday person, with an everyday job. I didn't think anything of those NecroTechs. But then again...

Anyways so I was left behind while many people got out, but so what I thought they would come back for me. I was wrong. Then I began to encounter them, the things...zombies! I at first attempted to stake it out with some other survivors at the nearby Frossard Place Police Department, then I figured I should go to the mall. Bigger, safer? Thompson Mall sure was safe and I stayed there for a while. I occasionally went out hunting some of the zeds. Get some practice with some weapons, just in case. Then one day I caught word of a friend of mine. Veste! He was up in Earletown. I decided to meet up with him there. Dangerous yes but then again, I encountered next to no zeds on my trip. Anyways I met up with him and we went to Pescodside. We were in the Headland Street Fire Station for a bit then we moved to Grosser Crescent Pd. All the while hunting those zeds. One day Veste just dissapeared. I went looking for him but never did find him.

That's when I went to Treweeke Mall. Since then I have been making zed runs for days. Hopefully I'll eventually find some zedspy and get a chance to teach those two-timers a lesson.

Journal Start

I woke up early. I don't know why. Could have been from the radio, maybe the shouting of the zeds surrounding one of the nearby NT buildings. I ask around for an update on what has been happening. I find out that:

Silverius General Hospital has some surgeons and docters workign to heal hunters who are attacking the zeds outside.

Shelly Grove School is protected and considered a safe zone.

St. Matheo's fell 15 hours ago.

Some survivors are under attack at Halifax Auto Repair.

St.Matheo's Hospital and Kempsterbank have been ruined and are empty. Also being repaired and re-caded.

St.George's gennerator needs repairing.

Real Gamer a.k.a Lord Galthorne was spotted in West Grayside.

Ackland's SW corner has been breached.

Real Gamer a.k.a Lord Galthorne was killed.

Meaker Lane Fire Station is a safe zone.

Fort Creedy is under attack and is requesting reinforcements.

I started searching for a generator just to have. You never know when you may need one. I found 2 spray paint cans, and a flare gun. If figure I should get back to sleep.--TheLazySamurai 06:22, 13 August 2008 (BST)

I woke up again. The update on whats going on is that:

Bountyhunters.tk are advertising that there are no zeds in Dulston.

Entry points are being over-caded yet again, *sigh* I can't imagine why people do such things.

Help is needed at the co-ordinates (98,16)

I went to a nearby factory and started searching for a gennerator. I couldn't find one. I then returned to Treweeke and read a book. Learning of nothing new, I decided to go sleep.--TheLazySamurai 17:17, 13 August 2008 (BST)

Woke up to find that neither destroyed the generator in Treweeke. I will eventually get to him. Went to Waddington Towers to rest for a bit.--TheLazySamurai 01:45, 14 August 2008 (BST)

Waddington Towers barricades were not at the specified level.I told the survivors that they barricades needed to be lowered, then I went to look for a crowbar.I found a crowbar in a warehouse nearby and went back to Waddington Towers. I tore away some of the barricades but not enough. I returned to Treeweke and announced on the radio that Waddington Towers barricades needed to be lowered to VS++.I then searched for weapons finding a shotgun shell. Then I broadcasted a recruitment ad for The Order Of The Guardians.--TheLazySamurai 21:56, 14 August 2008 (BST)

Woke up to find that there were zeds in the SE section of Treweeke.There has been lots of advertising for groups and that someone is countinously naming all kinds of poop (of all things!) over the radio, yet again. I reloaded my shotgun and advertised for T.O.G. then went back to sleep.--TheLazySamurai 07:45, 15 August 2008 (BST)
