There are three groups in the city of Malton that go by the acronym UBCS. These are:
- Umbrella Biohazard Containment Service: The Pro-Survivor group operating out of Santlerville.
- Umbrella Biohazard Countermeasure Service Merc-for-hire: The independent paramilitary group currently under contract to The Umbrella Corporation.
- Umbrella Biohazard Countermeasure Servive: Official sub-group of the larger Umbrella Corporation.
