For coming here to clear things up. I got duped by Siege22 and asked them if they were aware that what they were doing was zerging. It was only after looking at Vandal Banning that I realised it was an impersonator. I have seen Empathetic Bill in-game before, and I had no reason to believe that they were a zerger.
