Description
A tall concrete building surrounded by a large paved plaza. A hospital twinned with St. Columbanus's Hospital, it has seen its fair share of ups and downs, and it has never been in human hands for very long. Now, with the 92nd Response Unit, Simeon General Hospital is an integral part of Kirby Complex.
History
Barricade Policy
According to the Randallbank Barricade Plan, St. Columbanus's Hospital must never be more than Very Strongly (VS+2) barricaded. This building serves as a medical shelter for survivors without Free Running, and an entry point for those who have learned it. Therefore it must be kept accessible at all times, unless the building is currently under siege from 5 or more zombies, in which it can be Extremely Heavily barricaded. When the danger has passed, the barricades should be torn down so everyone can access it again.
