East Grayside Barricade Plan

This is a working barricade plan for East Grayside, sponsored by the Black Berets and adopted following a period for discussion. It is intended to be UBP-compliant, with the following exceptions:

• Angerstein NT is designated EHB due to the critical need for secure NTs in dangerous neighborhoods.
• The hospital and PD in the NE corner are frequent targets in an area of high zombie activity, and have thus been designated EHB.

Ongoing feedback is welcome, particularly from groups active in the area. Please post comments on the wiki talk page or on the brainstock discussion page, and spray the tinyurl (http://tinyurl.com/jnxya) up around town for reference. We will do our best to accommodate all reasonable suggestions.
