Description
Basement: In the Basement their is a Fallout Shelter with the capacity of 150 people. There is also a Water Storage in one corner, a Energy storage connected to an Active Portable Generator which is also connected to the fuse box of the building. Plus there is a Sanitation Kit equipped with Toilet accessories in a closet.
1st Floor: Doors and Windows from the inside and outside. The Zombie Emergency Management Agency Logo glitters behind the main desk. Nothing special here. Office supplies litter the floors. The stairs that lead to the 2nd story have been destroyed and has been replaced by a ladder. The elevators are no longer working.
2nd Floor: Windows are barricaded. Nothing special here. Office supplies litter the floor.
3rd and 4th Floors: Boxes filled with supplies are in certain rooms. The rest of the rooms were fully restored from what they look like before the zombies came.
5th to 7th Floors: Used for Radio Broadcasting. Radios were sitting on tables and were set to specific frequencies. Radio Transmitters were almost in every room, sometimes they are filled with people doing radio transmissions. The rooms were fully restored and redecorated with museum pieces. There are Z.E.M.A. logos on doors, computers, and on the wall in certain rooms.
8th, to 10th Floors: Some of the rooms are filled with Double Bunk beds. The office supplies were taken out and used for the barricade. The familiar cafeteria is used the same way before the Zombie Outbreak. The Z.E.M.A. logo is on doors, the Bunks, and on sheets of paper that were taped to the window.
The Roof: The Z.E.M.A. Flag blows against the wind on a makeshift flagpole. A spot on the West side has a sign that said "Suicide Jumping: Watch your step". A North, South, and East Sides have posts for scouts to get a view of the surrounding area. There is also a garden, but the vegetables are already harvest, their is also a rain catcher and a couple of Solar Panels and a Wind Turbine. The sound of the undead comes from all directions. As you look down, there are a few blood spatters where bodies have landed. And some zombies are wandering around the building, some just stand there, and some try to get in.

History
The Piggott Building was once a Malton Civil Defence office building. But when the zombies came in 2005, they have abandoned it. Now it is no longer in much use until Soldier UDW, leader of the Special Zombie Exterminaton Squad took it over. Now the building is used as the SZES Headquarters and a Military Safehouse. In October 2008 it has officially been abandoned by the SZES. Then on December 6th, 2008, the building is now being owned by the Zombie Emergency Management Agency. And the leader of Z.E.M.A. is the same guy who leads SZES is Soldier UDW.
