Zombies almost always check inside. Some are often used as literal fortresses, and are sometimes so heavily barricaded that it is impossible to enter without Free Running. Tagging a police station earns 2 XP. They are listed as a Tactical Resource Point. Police Stations can be barricaded normally.

Description

The main station in Old Arkham, Large Row Station has a gray exterior and a courtyard. Along the edge runs a wrought iron fence enclosing many memorial statues to local heroes.

Behind the building is a 25 car garage that housed the entire fleet for New Arkham and Old Arkham in the 50s.

Has you inter Large Row you see an old hanging banner saying, "Welcome to the family, Robert"

Robert is a first doctor to serve at Large Row. He has a small room for where he house's his supplies. After the outbreak hit Old Arkham, his fellow soldiers died. He took command of Large Row. Though, he snuck out of Malton, to see the World hit by disaster, he came back after 4 years. Ready to start again.

History

The facility has what could almost be considered a small prison in the basement due to the number of holding cells. When the asylum was damaged in a fire in 1958 this station served as the back up holding area.

The holding cells are still used after the outbreak. Robert ordered that PKer's and deadies are to be held there. Also used has a punishing system, sometimes used for holding survivors for a few days to putting survivors with zeds in a cell.

5/14/2009 You are inside Large Row Police Dept. The building has been heavily barricaded.A portable generator has been set up here. It is running low on fuel. The building has been decorated with an African sculpture, an impressionist sculpture, a monkey skeleton, a cracked sculpture and a European sculpture.Somebody has spraypainted Boogie Woogie Bugle Banff!!! onto a wall.--Dr Mycroft Chris 19:34, 14 May 2009 (BST)

April 2008 The building currently stands undamaged and operating as a working police station.
