Description

Loveiband Auto Repair is a Auto repair shop in the suburb of Vinetown. Its closeness to Mitchem Mall makes it the favourite location amongst mall rats to search for fuel.

History

Loveiband Auto Repair specialised in the maintenence and repair of lorries and other large haulage vehicles. Its location, near the mall and railway stations meant there was never a shortage of demand for its services. It was one of the truely successful businesses in Vinetown. Many lorries were parked outside every day.

On a lighter note, the garage was also the inspiration for the name of the local punk group, 'The Love band.' As the bands frontman Eddie Bhore explains:

"...One day in the 80's I was walking past and the 'i' had fallen off the sign, and I thought - Love band. that will get us more bookings then the misunderstood nazis ever did....."

Ever since the band became successful, any attempts to replace the large wooden 'i' have been unsuccessful, replacements often vanishing in the middle of the night.

Post outbreak

A few weeks after the zombie uprising began, a group of survivors began stealing the lorries parked outside in an attempt to create barricades outside Mitchem Mall's entrances. However this enterprise ended when it was still only half completed, when the only survivor who knew how to hotwire the vehicles was torn apart by zombies.
